To me, dentistry is about improving the overall health and happiness of members of this community. While this is my main goal, an added benefit is being able to meet a wide variety of people. I enjoy working with my patients and helping to make their dental experience as enjoyable as possible. Many people are fearful or anxious when visiting a dentist and I always like to see a patient become less anxious as their treatment progresses.
I find great personal and professional fulfillment to work alongside my patients to evaluate their oral health needs and smile goals and to make that a reality.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Idaho, laying the foundation for my journey in the field of dentistry. Continuing my pursuit of knowledge and passion for healthcare, I enrolled at the University of Washington School of Dentistry, graduating with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
I am passionate about the opportunity to grow as a dentist and continue to learn in order to best treat my patients. As a member of the Idaho State Dental Association, I further my education and training to provide long-term and high-quality solutions to patients’ oral health needs.
I grew up working on my family's wheat farm in central Washington and regularly make trips back to visit my immediate family and help on the farm occasionally during the summer months. Here in Grangeville, I enjoy spending time snowmobiling, hiking, boating, rafting, hunting, and fishing.
